To Sir With Love- Reaction

During class one day, we had the pleasure of watching the movie, To Sir With Love. This was a movie about how a man who taught at a school of misfits and troublemakers, and taught them how to be functioning members of society. During this process, The students make to hard for him to teach and are causing problems that eventually make him start to change the rules and everyone starts to respect him and each other.

This movie made me realize respecting my peers and teachers is the most crustal part of being a student. When you are in school, you learn how to be a functioning member of society, therefore learning the most important skill in school is so important. Properly treating adults and being a kind person is a very critical skill that is taught to kids when they are young.

The climax of the movie is when the students start realizing they are teenage dirtbags and they need to change their ways and they start to idolize Sir, their teacher. They call everyone ma'am or sir and speak to each other with kind words, like they're talking to their grandparents. This has caused a huge increase in the student body because they are influencing their friends to act the same, which is impressing the adults.

This is why it is important that students in school learn more about respect and how to properly act around adults and peers. We are the future of the country and if we keep acting rebellious and rude, the world is going to be a mess of wars and bullying, which is doing nothing to help the future. I am very glad that we are educating the youth of America on how to properly treat and respect each other.
